Digital Product — No Physical Shipping
TheEventGallery is a fully digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All purchases, subscriptions, and feature activations are delivered electronically.
1. Nature of Our Services
All products and services offered on www.theeventgallery.in are digital in nature, including but not limited to:
- Subscription plans (Monthly / Annual) for photographers and event hosts.
- AI face-recognition powered photo delivery.
- Event gallery creation, management, and sharing features.
- Studio profile listings and discovery.
- AI-powered photo editing prompt generation tools.
- Digital invitations and WhatsApp sharing capabilities.
2. Delivery of Services

3. Access After Payment
Upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, your account is upgraded immediately and you gain instant access to all features included in your purchased plan. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
4. Delayed or Failed Activation
In rare cases, payment verification may take up to 2 business hours. If your account is not activated within that time despite a successful payment deduction:
- Check your payment status in your bank account or UPI app.
- Email us at hello@theeventgallery.in with your transaction ID and registered email.
- Our team will verify and activate your account or process a refund within 1 business day.
5. No Physical Delivery
TheEventGallery does not offer any physical product, merchandise, printed photographs, or tangible goods. All event photos are delivered exclusively via our digital platform and are accessible through the web application and mobile app. We do not ship to any postal addresses.
6. Service Availability
Our platform is available 24/7. Scheduled maintenance windows, if any, will be communicated via email or in-app notifications at least 24 hours in advance. We target 99.5% uptime for paid subscribers.
